Based in Singapore, this role involves leading day-to-day operations, maintenance, and incident management for Outside Plant infrastructure, including cable outages and damage. The manager will also oversee the planning, design, and construction of common/universal service duct networks, ensuring project delivery and compliance. Key responsibilities include managing underground infrastructure access, asset integrity, and engaging in technical, commercial, and contractual negotiations with various stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead daily Outside Plant implementation, maintenance, and operations, including incident management for cable damage.
- Conduct root-cause investigations for incidents and manage compensation recovery.
- Oversee public complaints, site issues, and rectification works, leading emergency responses.
- Lead feasibility assessments, planning, and design for common/universal service duct network infrastructure.
- Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering, safety, and quality standards.
- Assume responsibility for underground infrastructure operations, access governance, and asset integrity.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, underground utility, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in Outside Plant operations, maintenance, and incident management.
- Knowledge of Common/Utilities Service Duct feasibility, planning, design, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in construction and project management, covering scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Experience with underground infrastructure access governance and third-party works coordination.
