Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on acquiring and onboarding new Privilege and Wealth Banking clients to expand the portfolio and revenue. The manager will identify sales opportunities, conduct financial consultations, and recommend suitable banking and wealth solutions. This position requires building strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new Privilege and Wealth Banking customers
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through various channels
- Conduct needs-based financial consultations and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage sales pipeline and execute marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer service
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Achieve individual sales and acquisition targets
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in Retail Banking or Wealth Management is a plus
- Strong sales, prospecting, and networking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
- Good understanding of compliance and risk management
