The position provides direct guidance to the service crew, ensures seamless shift workflow, and maintains pristine presentation standards. The ideal team member will resolve guest feedback promptly, foster personalized customer relationships, and coordinate closely with culinary teams to meet operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive table service throughout their visit
- Supervise daily restaurant shifts, service flow, table assignments, and floor readiness
- Handle customer feedback professionally and address dietary requests or allergen inquiries appropriately
- Ensure order accuracy and liaise seamlessly between service staff, kitchen, and bar teams
- Enforce brand standards for grooming, restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety
- Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, operating equipment care, and maintenance reporting
