This position requires developing strategic plans, overseeing all branch functions, and cultivating strong client relationships.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee all branch operations, including customer service and lending.
- Manage and motivate a team of banking professionals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to expand the customer base.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and banking regulations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable branch.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and operations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements.
