Based in Malaysia, this role manages the complete lifecycle of bond and Sukuk agency services, from issuance to redemption and corporate actions. The manager acts as the primary contact, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate processing of all related transactions. This position involves maintaining meticulous records, preparing reports, and proactively identifying operational risks.

- Manage the full lifecycle of bond and Sukuk agency services
- Serve as the main contact for bond/Sukuk agency matters
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of transactions
- Maintain precise records and documentation
- Prepare and review various reports for stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Minimum 3-5 years banking experience, with 2+ years in bond/Sukuk agency
- Strong understanding of bond and Sukuk structures and market practices
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian debt capital market regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
