Based in Singapore, this role is positioned within the Chief Operating Officer function at UOB to handle client due diligence and source of wealth evaluations. The successful candidate will collaborate with Front Office stakeholders to review financial backgrounds, evaluate evidence, and construct detailed narratives for regulatory assessments. This position focuses on delivering accurate documentation and strengthening overall compliance standards during client onboarding.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Partner with Front Office personnel to collect client background details and corroborating documentation.
- Scrutinize wealth accumulation trails across diverse assets, business earnings, and investments.
- Craft well-structured and comprehensive source of wealth summary profiles.
- Identify evidentiary discrepancies and conduct checks for financial reasonableness.
- Advise internal teams on due diligence requirements and submission standards.
- Assist with onboarding checks and maintain accurate records within compliance systems.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 2 to 3 years of background in private banking, wealth management, KYC, or AML due diligence.
- Proven understanding of wealth evaluation concepts, corporate architectures, and financial data analysis.
- Demonstrated capacity to synthesize complex details into articulate written narratives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with exceptional attention to precision.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
- Familiarity with private banking account setup practices and regulatory expectations.
