Based in Singapore, this role is responsible for overseeing daily data loss prevention platform operations and reinforcing protection across cloud, network, endpoint, and email channels. You will analyze security alerts, fine-tune protective policies, handle exceptions, and resolve user enquiries to safeguard confidential corporate data. In addition, the position collaborates closely with cross-functional IT and risk units to enhance overall data security compliance.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the DLP infrastructure to maintain high availability.
- Investigate security alerts, evaluate risks, document case outcomes, and escalate critical incidents.
- Review policy metrics and emerging threat patterns to minimize false alerts and improve detection rules.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of DLP policies through formal change management and governance protocols.
- Address end-user queries, handle legitimate transaction blocks, and oversee formal business exceptions.
- Generate regular reports on control effectiveness, incident trends, and root cause analysis for key stakeholders.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in DLP administration, security operations, monitoring, or system support.
- Understanding of data classification, incident handling, and system change management frameworks.
- Demonstrated competence in analyzing system logs, alert patterns, and data trends to refine controls.
- Strong communication, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Willingness to handle confidential information responsibly and participate in on-call duties when needed.
