Based in the Philippines, Accenture is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to provide high-quality support across the procure-to-pay lifecycle. In this role, you will investigate inquiries, resolve supplier and employee concerns, and manage tickets from intake through confirmed resolution. You will collaborate with internal teams, identify process improvements, and ensure timely escalation of complex issues on a night-shift schedule.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to employees and suppliers regarding procure-to-pay queries
- Investigate issues across business systems and resolve standard procurement inquiries independently
- Manage cases from initial logging through confirmed resolution with thorough documentation
- Prioritize tickets effectively according to business impact, urgency, and service standards
- Proactively recommend improvements to workflows, standard operating procedures, and automated tools
- Escalate complex cases with clear summaries of findings and suggested actions
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years of combined procurement operations and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase orders and invoice handling
- Experience using enterprise resource planning systems and case management ticketing platforms
- CSVAR score of minimum B2 level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional stakeholder management
- Willingness to work an onsite night-shift schedule with weekends off
