Based in Singapore, this role directs strategic planning, financial governance, and business management across the Enterprise Shared Platform within Group Technology. The candidate will oversee technology investments, workforce capacity, vendor expenditure, and recharge models while liaising with senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Additionally, the role leads risk, audit, and governance processes to ensure organizational transparency and operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial governance, annual budgeting, forecasting, and investment reviews across technology platforms
- Identify cost optimization avenues and track technology investments aligned with corporate objectives
- Drive strategic workforce planning, hiring governance, headcount analytics, and productivity reporting
- Manage vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, sourcing activities, and third-party risk compliance
- Oversee chargeback, recharge, and cost recovery frameworks to boost financial transparency
- Coordinate internal and external audit reviews, maintain governance records, and uphold operational controls
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in Technology COO, Business Management, Strategy, Finance, PMO, or Commercial Management
- Proven background advising and collaborating with senior Technology and COO executive leadership
- Extensive expertise in budgeting, financial governance, and strategic workforce management
- Demonstrated track record handling vendor management and commercial negotiations
- Familiarity with corporate cost recovery, recharge, and allocation methodologies in enterprise settings
