Based in Singapore, this role involves leading the definition and delivery of next-generation corporate digital banking capabilities across UOB's regional footprint. The position requires defining business requirements, designing customer journeys, and driving the successful implementation of digital channel solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep transaction banking and digital channel expertise, strong business analysis skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex regional banking transformation programs.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate business requirements with stakeholders, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
- Lead solution design for corporate digital banking, including internet/mobile banking, API banking, and H2H.
- Design end-to-end digital customer journeys across various channels, focusing on user experience.
- Incorporate country-specific regulatory and business requirements for ASEAN markets.
- Design target operating models and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as the primary functional authority, collaborating with technical teams and managing stakeholder alignment.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in banking, specifically transaction banking.
- Deep expertise in corporate digital channels and transaction banking domains.
- Proven track record in delivering complex regional banking transformation programs.
- Strong business analysis capabilities and ability to define functional requirements.
- Experience collaborating with product, technology, operations, and risk stakeholders.
