Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing the complete delivery lifecycle of International Leased Circuit (ILC) services, ensuring timely implementation and excellent customer experiences. The engineer will coordinate provisioning, manage incidents, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to service delivery, problem-solving, and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end provisioning, testing, and activation of customer Transport (Layer 2) services
- Manage service provisioning, change requests, and cessation activities according to processes
- Address service delivery issues and fallouts by coordinating with various stakeholders
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Generate operational reports and consolidate service delivery data for performance monitoring
- Identify opportunities to improve provisioning processes and operational efficiency
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications service delivery or project coordination
- Knowledge of network architecture, telecommunications concepts, and basic networking principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Familiarity with incident, problem, configuration, and supplier management processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer focus
