Based in Singapore, this role involves providing comprehensive treasury management and transaction banking services to corporate and financial institutional clients globally. The advisor will independently manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively offer advice on banking products, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This position requires strong collaboration with internal partners to deliver value-added services and support complex working capital solutions.

- Consult with clients and business partners to meet service requirements
- Manage client inquiries and enhance client satisfaction
- Resolve client requests, escalating when necessary
- Advise clients on banking products and services
- Understand processes and apply judgment for client needs
- Identify client training needs and provide guidance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma holder
- 1-3 years in Transaction Banking for large corporate clients
- Ability to navigate the bank and business partners effectively
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Creative thinking for value-added services
- Familiarity with complex client organizational structures
