Based in Singapore, this role involves leading end-to-end development, strategy, and operations for a critical application portfolio, including customer-facing products and foundational backend systems. The Associate Director will drive technical roadmaps, manage engineering teams, and oversee the full software development lifecycle. This position requires a strategic leader to modernize architecture, scale teams, and ensure high-quality delivery within a complex multi-application environment.

- Define and drive technical roadmap and architectural vision for the application ecosystem
- Ensure applications are scalable, highly available, secure, and performant on AWS
- Lead adoption of best-in-class engineering practices like CI/CD and automated testing
- Manage, mentor, and coach engineering teams, fostering technical excellence
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle for timely, high-quality feature delivery
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors and key stakeholders
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams
- Success in strategic vendor and external partner management, including contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of Java, React/Next.js, microservices, and relational databases
- Extensive experience designing and operating applications in AWS
- Expertise in the full Software Development Lifecycle, including Agile/Scrum
