Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading the technical development and delivery of card-related applications within UOB's Innovation Hub. The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to post-deployment, ensuring high-quality, timely solutions that comply with banking standards. This position requires hands-on technical leadership, driving modernization initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement in development processes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead cards application development and implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders from project inception through deployment and support
- Provide system input, effort estimates, and high-level delivery plans
- Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise principles and security standards
- Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Lead high-performing teams and mentor members across locations
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Experience in delivery, project, stakeholder, and vendor management
- Proven technical delivery leadership skills
- Prior hands-on experience in systems development, coding, and testing
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting
- Strong development skills in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
- Experience with Apache HTTP Server management and RESTful API development
