The engineer will respond to facility alarms, coordinate with onsite teams, and support incident management processes. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage data centre facilities in a 24x7 operations centre
- Respond to facility alarms and escalate issues promptly
- Coordinate with onsite teams for maintenance and emergencies
- Support incident management, change requests, and documentation
- Maintain operational records and assist with performance reports
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Facilities Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in data centre or mission-critical operations
- Basic understanding of data centre power, cooling, and environmental systems
- Familiarity with facilities monitoring tools like BMS, EMS, DCIM
- Knowledge of incident and change management processes
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24x7 environment
