Based in Malaysia, this leadership role oversees the digital banking technology portfolio at the bank's innovation hub in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will drive digital transformation programs, modernize core channels, and ensure the reliable delivery of customer-facing platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, this leader will spearhead innovative financial technology solutions to support ongoing business growth across regional operations.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end delivery and technical support of digital banking channels such as internet, mobile, and payments
- Partner with product owners and business executives to align strategic priorities and technical roadmaps
- Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams covering software engineering, quality assurance, DevOps, and production support
- Ensure strict adherence to architectural standards, enterprise security protocols, and banking regulatory requirements
- Manage program governance, risk mitigation, operational stability, and overall platform performance
- Champion modern engineering practices, automated deployment pipelines, and agile delivery methodologies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- At least 15 years of technical delivery and software engineering experience in banking or financial services
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience directing large cross-functional delivery teams
- Proven history of delivering complex internet banking, mobile banking, or digital payment platforms
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, enterprise application architecture, and integration patterns
- Extensive background operating across agile, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery frameworks
