- Prepare and process corporate loan disbursements, settlements, and lifecycle maintenance
- Record transactions into core systems while strictly complying with established bank policies
- Conduct control and operational support tasks to assist institutional business units
- Deliver technical guidance to clients to uphold quality standards and agreed service levels
