You will spearhead commercial growth, brand building, and groundbreaking product innovation tailored to local consumer preferences. Working in a matrix structure, you will inspire a high-performing team and collaborate with commercial partners across traditional, modern, and digital retail environments to drive business impact.

- Steer overall portfolio and category growth strategies across diverse food and snacking brands
- Oversee P&L performance, resource allocation, and promotional planning to maximize commercial returns
- Drive modern marketing initiatives, including performance media, creator partnerships, and social commerce
- Lead localized product innovation and tailor global brand campaigns to local consumer nuances
- Partner with sales, customer, and regional matrix teams to align brand ambitions with commercial realities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team of approximately 15 professionals

- Extensive marketing leadership experience driving multi-category portfolios within the FMCG sector
- Demonstrated track record of managing full P&L accountability and delivering top-line growth
- Strong background in digital marketing, social commerce, and modern trade channels
- Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders within a regional matrix organization
- Deep cultural familiarity and commercial understanding of the local consumer landscape
- Exceptional people management abilities focused on coaching and talent development
