Based in the Philippines, this role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust software components using modern Java and Spring frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional agile teams to deliver scalable solutions tailored to complex business requirements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and maintain documentation to ensure sustained software quality and seamless knowledge sharing.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications
- Collaborate with agile project teams to understand and implement business requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Maintain and improve existing software architecture and services
- Document development workflows, system configurations, and code modifications
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to team problem-solving initiatives
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of professional experience using Spring Application Framework
- Solid background in Java 8 development and object-oriented design principles
- Experience working within Agile software development methodologies
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
- Strong problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills
