Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing and resolving operational incidents across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and endpoint security systems. The engineer will administer Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, virtualization stacks, and identity solutions while enhancing security posture and application allowlisting. Collaborating with cross-functional support teams and vendors ensures dependable infrastructure and high-quality technical outcomes.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Handle incident and service requests across hybrid infrastructure, cloud, identity, and security platforms
- Maintain enterprise systems including Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and storage infrastructure
- Administer Microsoft Azure and M365 environments with a focus on identity, access controls, and cost optimization
- Oversee endpoint security, Microsoft Defender tools, Microsoft Purview, and email threat safeguards
- Configure and tune application allowlisting policies and agents utilizing Airlock Digital
- Automate repetitive tasks and adhere to structured ITIL service management frameworks
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Three to five years of operational IT engineering experience in enterprise environments
- Strong administration background in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and PKI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, M365 tenant management, Entra ID, and cloud networking
- Practical experience with VMware vCenter clusters, Cisco UCS, and enterprise backup solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview, and cloud security posture management
- Working familiarity with application allowlisting systems such as Airlock Digital
