Based in Singapore, this role involves providing specialized IT production support to ensure application wellness and system availability across multiple countries. The analyst will investigate production issues, manage user queries, and ensure timely resolution while adhering to strict SLAs. This position requires working in a shift-based environment and supporting implementations during bank green zones.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve production issues based on severity SLAs
- Manage and respond to user queries promptly
- Ensure system availability according to agreed SLAs
- Oversee daily start and end of day executions for supported applications
- Support annual Disaster Recovery exercises
- Assist System Engineers with server-level patches and upgrades
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Prior hands-on production support experience with OPEN Systems/AS4000
- Good support knowledge in retail, wholesale payment, or customer information systems
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 onsite shift-support model
- Hands-on experience with AS400 and SQL queries for issue investigation
- Experience writing shell scripts (UNIX) to optimize incident investigation
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to manage users
