Based in Vietnam, this role oversees public relations and daily marketing communications for a prestigious cluster of luxury resorts and travel experiences. The position focuses on proactive media outreach, compelling brand storytelling, and strategic partnerships to boost international awareness. In addition, the manager directs cluster teams across social media strategy, visual asset creation, brand collateral, and promotional campaigns.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic, regional, and international travel and luxury media.
- Develop engaging story pitches, press releases, media kits, and coordinate industry award submissions.
- Organize and host press trips, media stays, and manage collaborations with influencers and brand partners.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, creative standards, and maintain the central digital asset library.
- Manage production and quality control for all resort printed collateral, menus, and on-property signage.
- Collaborate with digital, sales, and revenue teams to align campaign activities with commercial goals.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven track record managing PR and marketing communications within luxury hospitality or travel.
- Established network of contacts across regional and global travel, lifestyle, and trade media.
- Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating photoshoots, brand activations, and influencer partnerships.
- Strong creative eye with solid understanding of brand guardianship and print production processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication abilities for effective storytelling.
- Strong leadership skills to manage multi-property communications and collaborate with diverse teams.
