Based in Malaysia, this role involves leading end-to-end technical delivery for digital banking initiatives within UOB Innovation Hub 2, a UOB subsidiary. The manager will drive large-scale transformation across mobile, web, and core banking ecosystems, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with banking standards. This position also focuses on building capabilities, coaching engineering teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of digital banking projects, including mobile apps and APIs
- Manage projects, change requests, and production enhancements
- Oversee design, development, testing, and release management processes
- Ensure compliance with banking SDLC, governance, and regulatory standards
- Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams (15-40 members)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, business, and leadership
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record delivering large-scale banking systems
- Strong experience in digital banking technologies (mobile apps, React, APIs)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end architecture layers
- Hands-on experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Experience managing teams of 15-40 engineers across multiple squads/vendors
