Based in the Philippines, this role is for a Site Reliability Engineer within the Warehousing IT Operations – Incident Response Team. The position involves leading incident response efforts, ensuring swift resolution of critical system issues, and maintaining system reliability and performance. This SRE will also collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and automate robust systems and monitoring tools, focusing on continuous improvement and system resilience.

- Lead incident response, resolving critical issues to minimize downtime and user impact.
- Implement effective incident management processes, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for continuous improvement.
- Ensure high system availability through robust monitoring, alerting, and automated responses.
- Optimize system architecture for improved performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement resilient systems using best practices.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 3-6 years experience in system administration, including Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SAP.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
