Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role oversees Singtel's operational AI environment, covering both generative AI agents and traditional machine learning models. The chosen leader will head distributed teams across Singapore and India to maintain reliable 24/7 monitoring, governance gates, and incident response frameworks. Additionally, the role involves establishing operational standards, defining service-level objectives, and reporting overall AI health and reliability directly to executive stakeholders.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct the Day 2 operational framework for GenAI agents and machine learning systems
- Lead and mentor cross-border operational and observability teams across Singapore and India
- Exercise go/no-go deployment authority and enforce rigorous AI quality evaluations
- Oversee incident management, rollback protocols, and contact-center fallback procedures
- Define and manage service-level objectives, error budgets, and operational KPIs
- Present AI reliability metrics and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of technology experience leading production operations, SRE, or AI/ML teams
- Proven track record managing distributed or offshore cross-border engineering teams
- Extensive background in governing and maintaining production-grade AI and ML solutions
- Solid grasp of LLM agents, classical ML lifecycles, and their operational failure modes
- Strong background in telecommunications consumer, enterprise, or network operations
