Based in Singapore, this managerial role leads efforts to boost productivity and operational efficiency across business units. The chosen candidate will develop low-code automation tools, implement intelligent analytics workflows, and refine workflows using Lean Six Sigma practices. You will collaborate closely with corporate stakeholders to deliver digital capabilities, eliminate repetitive tasks, and promote continuous innovation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-user automation solutions using Power Platform, Alteryx, and low-code applications
- Build business intelligence reports, data pipelines, and interactive dashboards to drive informed decision-making
- Spearhead continuous process optimization initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma frameworks and root cause analysis
- Identify and implement intelligent automation and agentic artificial intelligence use cases for corporate operations
- Partner with functional stakeholders to manage automation pipelines and demonstrate delivered value
- Ensure automation solutions comply with established enterprise governance, risk controls, and data protection policies
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in process improvement, data analytics, or digital automation
- Demonstrated background in delivering end-user workflows with Microsoft Power Platform and Alteryx
- Proven track record executing business process improvement projects with clear commercial outcomes
- Experience in financial services, shared services, or large matrixed corporate environments is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Power Platform, Power BI, or Alteryx Core are preferred
