Based in the Philippines, this role involves implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across various modules like HCM, SCM, ERP, EPM, and CX. You will contribute to solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, guiding clients through their digital transformation. The position requires expertise in either functional implementation or technical development within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Cloud applications based on business requirements and best practices
- Participate in deployment and release planning, including configuration migration
- Develop and execute test scripts for various testing phases
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements, including incident management
- Lead or support Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple modules
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SaaS or technical implementations
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading Oracle Cloud implementation teams
- Ability to define strategic roadmaps and transformation plans
