Based in Singapore, this role leads the development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and agentic systems across the organisation. You will oversee a cross-functional team of software and machine learning engineers, translating architectural requirements into production-ready implementations. In addition to mentoring team members and establishing engineering standards, you will spearhead LLM integrations and continuous platform improvements.

- Lead the architecture, technical design, and delivery of scalable agentic AI and software workflows.
- Convert high-level business and system specifications into concrete engineering implementation roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentor team engineers across full-stack development and AI integration.
- Design and maintain enterprise RAG pipelines, vector storage systems, and recommender engines.
- Enforce software quality, CI/CD practices, robust documentation, and security standards across deployments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, data platform teams, and stakeholders while managing AI operational risks.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
- At least 7 years of full-stack software and AI development experience, including 2 to 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proficiency in full-stack programming with Python, TypeScript or Node.js, and SQL.
- Demonstrated expertise in building agentic AI and LLM workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Extensive experience with enterprise API integrations, secure middleware, authentication mechanisms, and major cloud platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, DevSecOps, and production troubleshooting across complex systems.
