Based in Vietnam, this role oversees equipment maintenance operations at the Unilever Cu Chi factory to maximize machinery reliability and minimize production downtime. You will guide a team of technicians in executing preventive maintenance, conducting root cause investigations, and driving continuous improvement projects. Working alongside cross-functional plant units, the position plays an essential role in sustaining operational standards and pursuing zero breakdown goals.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the on-site preventive maintenance technician team.
- Plan, execute, and track preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Oversee spare parts inventory, technical supplies, and external engineering contractors.
- Conduct root cause analysis for machinery breakdowns and deploy preventative fixes.
- Drive TPM, AM, and continuous improvement projects to optimize overall equipment effectiveness.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks conform strictly to safety, health, and environmental standards.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience, with at least 1 to 2 years supervising teams.
- Practical knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and continuous improvement concepts.
- Proven track record executing root cause analysis and utilizing CMMS or SAP systems.
- Solid technical foundation in mechanical, electrical, and automated industrial machinery.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proactive problem-solving and cross-departmental coordination skills.
