Based in Singapore, this leadership role focuses on designing next-generation digital platform experiences for customers and distribution partners. You will champion the product vision, steer delivery roadmaps, and oversee engineering and business analysis talent to drive revenue and operational excellence. The position requires strong collaboration with executive stakeholders and technology teams in an agile environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision and delivery roadmaps alongside business leaders and technology teams
- Oversee software engineers and business analysts while establishing clear strategic team goals
- Ensure product platform milestones are achieved and tangible commercial value is delivered
- Engage, align, and influence senior stakeholders throughout the platform lifecycle
- Plan resource allocations and build long-term business-technology capability plans
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in software product delivery
- Demonstrated background managing digital products and delivering high-impact user experiences
- Proven record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Solid analytical capability using data and metrics to justify strategic decisions
- Experience handling vendor engagements, RFIs, and RFPs
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
