หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a dedicated team of product managers handling cash and transaction banking portfolios
- Establish and execute the cash management solution roadmap tailored to institutional customer demands
- Partner with tech, operations, legal, and sales stakeholders to launch products and maintain compliance
- Boost commercial performance, profitability, and market reach across designated customer groups
- Track industry developments, competitive shifts, and digital innovations to uncover growth opportunities
- Manage product governance and risk mitigation frameworks in alignment with regulatory guidelines
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent credential in finance, business administration, or related disciplines
- Extensive background in transaction banking with deep expertise in collections, payments, and liquidity
- Demonstrated track record of directing and coaching successful product management teams
- Solid familiarity with agile product lifecycles and modern financial technologies
- Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset focused on delivering commercial results and managing operational risks
