Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on overseeing customer credit risk and ensuring prompt accounts receivable recovery. The chosen candidate will collaborate across business units to settle billing disputes, keep detailed credit records, and curb potential bad debt. You will play a key part in meeting aging targets and refining collection workflows.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Monitor overdue receivables and conduct efficient debt collection procedures
- Assess customer credit risk and adhere to organizational credit control guidelines
- Escalate specialized transactions like refunds, write-offs, and order releases to leadership
- Examine and resolve billing inconsistencies and disputed customer payments
- Maintain detailed accounts receivable databases and generate aging reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle inquiries and manage complex accounts
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in credit control or collections
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and high attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities with both clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in financial software applications and standard office productivity suites
- Sound time management skills with the capacity to handle competing priorities
