- Manage a portfolio of individual customers and build long-term relationships
- Analyze customer financial needs to identify product opportunities
- Advise customers on banking products, explaining features and benefits
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
- Achieve individual sales targets for banking products
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests promptly
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services
- Strong understanding of retail banking products (deposits, loans, investments)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven sales ability and track record of achieving targets
