Based in Singapore, this role supports the administration of the conduct risk and Balanced Scorecard frameworks, ensuring high sales advisory standards. The specialist will assess appeals related to policy replacements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This position also involves collaborating with the Learning & Development team to enhance business quality and sales advisory practices.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Administer the MAS Balanced Scorecard framework
- Help establish sales advisory standards and collaborate with stakeholders
- Conduct checks under the BSC framework, including document reviews
- Review Mystery Shop findings and classify infractions
- Perform customer call-back reviews for compliance
- Facilitate appeals fairly and consistently
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of insurance industry and operations
- Basic knowledge of relevant financial regulations (e.g., Insurance Act, FAA, MAS)
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or fact-find review
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably holds insurance-related certifications
