หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Resolve everyday operational problems relying on existing guidelines and precedents
- Support the deployment of commercial property and casualty coverage
- Handle administrative processing for commercial lines including general liability
- Coordinate closely with team members and immediate supervisors
- Execute individual tasks accurately within a predefined scope of work
- Adapt to rotational shifts according to operational schedules
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
- Between 1 and 3 years of related working experience
- Background knowledge in commercial insurance operations
- English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
- Ability to work on a rotational shift pattern
