Based in the Philippines, this position involves investigating, debugging, and resolving technical issues within mission-critical business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot software problems, monitor performance metrics, and ensure ongoing system stability. The role also contributes to system enhancements, regular patching, and continuous reliability improvements.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across complex enterprise application components.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to diagnose root causes and address system incidents.
- Track system health and proactively address performance issues or system anomalies.
- Document technical findings, diagnostic procedures, and resolutions for institutional knowledge sharing.
- Support the deployment of software patches, system updates, and architecture improvements.
- Provide recommendations to enhance system stability and streamline application maintenance processes.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software support or application development.
- Advanced proficiency with Jakarta EE enterprise application environments.
- Strong background in debugging, root-cause analysis, and examining system logs.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, middleware, and application lifecycle deployment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and solid interpersonal communication skills.
