Based in Malaysia, this role involves administering and supporting enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms and endpoint management systems. The engineer will perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and operational support for VDI infrastructure, virtual desktops, and endpoint security technologies. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with various IT teams to ensure platform stability and improvements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise VDI platforms including VMware and Citrix environments
- Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, and operational support for VDI infrastructure
- Support endpoint management platforms like Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM
- Assist with device provisioning, software deployment, and OS patching
- Support endpoint security technologies such as Microsoft Defender and Trellix
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve VDI and endpoint security incidents
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or VDI support
- Hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon / VMware Horizon and ESXi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Strong troubleshooting skills for virtual desktop and endpoint platforms
- Good understanding of endpoint lifecycle management and patch management
