Based in Singapore, this role focuses on driving the technical vision and engineering roadmap for the managed SASE service portfolio. The successful candidate will design multi-tenant platforms, assess cutting-edge technologies through proof-of-concept testing, and oversee the full product lifecycle. Working across cross-functional groups, you will ensure high reliability, robust security governance, and operational efficiency through targeted automation.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Establish and execute strategic technology roadmaps for enterprise Managed SASE offerings
- Design and engineer resilient multi-tenant platform infrastructure and related services
- Conduct technology evaluations and proof-of-concept trials to introduce novel capabilities
- Partner with product, architecture, operations, and presales teams to launch new services
- Champion automation solutions to streamline network provisioning and operational workflows
- Supervise vendor engagements, technical escalations, and capital expenditure planning
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Ten to fifteen years of engineering experience across telco, SI, or enterprise settings
- Active CCNP credential or an equivalent industry network certification
- Solid foundation in networking protocols, TCP/IP, routing, and cybersecurity principles
- Hands-on familiarity with Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Comprehensive technical mastery of SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS, and SD-WAN
