Based in Malaysia, this consultant role drives process transformation for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and MedTech clients across the region. You will analyze complex workflows and implement modern digital, data, and AI-powered solutions within strictly regulated environments. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will establish compliant target operating models and deliver sustainable business value.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Execute process discovery, current-state assessments, and future-state workflow designs across life sciences operations
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and compliance
- Ensure process documentation and workflows adhere strictly to GxP standards and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and structure use cases for digital adoption, process mining, automation, and AI solutions
- Lead client discovery sessions and develop actionable business cases, KPIs, and governance models
- Create reusable consulting assets, frameworks, and playbooks to expand regional practice capabilities
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience within pharma, biotech, MedTech, or related regulated life sciences industries
- Familiarity with functional domains like R&D, clinical laboratories, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs
- Practical background in business process modeling, operational optimization, and detailed process documentation
- Solid understanding of GxP standards, control validation, and quality management requirements
- Strong stakeholder facilitation skills and capability to articulate business needs into technical specifications
- Knowledge of digital transformation tools, process automation, analytics, and AI applications
