Based in Singapore, this role oversees the end-to-end delivery of complex technology infrastructure projects. The Senior Project Manager will supervise scope, schedules, project financials, and risk mitigation while ensuring seamless handovers to operations. In addition, the role focuses on stakeholder management, leveraging data visualization tools for reporting, and driving team productivity through agile practices.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Direct and implement infrastructure projects within agreed timelines, scope, quality benchmarks, and budgets.
- Manage project financials, forecasting revenue and expenditure while controlling costs.
- Supervise cross-functional technical teams, resource allocations, and operational transitions.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to handle change control and contracts.
- Build interactive visual dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and risks.
- Facilitate agile team workflows using Kanban boards, Microsoft Planner, and collaborative platforms.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Proven track record managing infrastructure projects, particularly WAN migrations and technical refresh initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with telecom providers and handling legacy-to-new system cutovers.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization using advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise or public sector infrastructure environments and process governance.
- Background in applying agile or Kanban methodologies to project execution and tracking.
