Based in Indonesia, this contract position focuses on driving the performance and growth of digital banking channels within the Consumer Banking Group at DBS Bank. The appointed specialist will oversee mobile and web platforms, partner with multidisciplinary teams to launch new features, and monitor customer engagement analytics. Key efforts include ensuring regulatory compliance, running user testing, and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys to boost digital adoption.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategic expansion of mobile and web consumer banking platforms
- Partner with product, technology, and UX design units to build and roll out customer-focused platform enhancements
- Evaluate channel analytics and user metrics to spot optimization areas and enhance online adoption
- Direct complete project lifecycles from defining business needs to coordinating UAT and post-launch reviews
- Maintain strict alignment with industry regulations, internal governance guidelines, and security policies
- Help execute promotional programs to improve customer acquisition and digital engagement
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent academic qualification
- Demonstrated background in digital banking channel supervision, fintech product management, or related projects
- Strong data interpretation abilities to convert analytical findings into actionable platform roadmaps
- Track record of steering multiple agile project deliverables in high-tempo settings
- Proven relationship-building skills to coordinate smoothly with multidisciplinary teams
- Solid grasp of digital banking innovations, UX best practices, and modern financial technologies
