Based in Singapore, this role involves guiding a team of product executives to support operational, engineering, and administrative duties across digital offerings. You will partner with product managers, IT, and sales to supervise product workflows, monitor SLAs, and maintain documentation. The position also contributes to process optimization and digital automation projects to drive efficiency across governance and operational frameworks.

- Guide product executives handling product support, engineering coordination, and administrative functions.
- Coordinate operational tasks with product management, sales, IT, and operations units.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal controls and product governance guidelines.
- Prepare regular reporting on financials, product progress, operational changes, and data quality.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation, standard manuals, and knowledge bases.
- Drive automation and system enhancement projects to streamline product administration.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of relevant background working with enterprise product catalogs, CRM, or ERP platforms.
- Foundational understanding of corporate financial statements.
- Strong track record in operational workflows and process optimization.
