Based in Singapore, this role drives the planning and technical architecture for mobile service monetization and 5G capabilities. The successful candidate will act as a technical lead and planner responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and lifecycle management of real-time charging and policy control platforms. This position collaborates across engineering teams and external partners to ensure resilient, secure, and future-proof telecommunications infrastructure.

- Act as technical lead and planner for end-to-end design and lifecycle of mobile service platforms.
- Partner with vendors, product development teams, and operations for system rollouts and changes.
- Evaluate, design, and deploy future-proof platforms with advanced monetization capabilities.
- Architect resilient, secure system solutions across diverse mobile network functions.
- Supervise comprehensive testing and validations to ensure cybersecurity and operational continuity.
- Manage project timelines and resources to achieve business goals with technical excellence.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, IP Networking, or a related field.
- Background in telecommunications or networking as a system architect, planner, or project manager.
- Sound knowledge of 4G and 5G network architectures and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with vendor contracts, procurement processes, and capex/opex oversight.
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and effective communication skills in English.
- Proven leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive work approach.
