Based in Singapore, this role involves leading credit administration and reporting functions within a major financial institution. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with banking policies, manage operational controls, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators. This position requires active participation in efficiency initiatives and maintaining high service quality for business units.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Contribute to divisional performance indicators and operational goals
- Collaborate with team heads to ensure satisfactory audit reviews and process compliance
- Support new covenant and credit conditions verification processes
- Perform daily review of facility agreements and credit applications
- Verify covenants (financial, time-dependent, security, ESG) against source documents
- Ensure strict adherence to banking secrecy and internal workflow procedures
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 10-15 years of experience in wholesale and retail lending, credit, treasury, and trade operations
- Expertise in retail credit operations, regulatory, and legal compliance
- Strong knowledge of lending, credit, treasury, trade financing, and MAS regulations
- Proven track record managing a sizable operations team with retail and wholesale credit exposure
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
