Based in Malaysia, this role involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure internet safety and adherence to client guidelines. You will analyze various forms of user-generated content, including text, audio, and video, and investigate issues flagged by systems or users. The position also requires evaluating and challenging AI systems, including generative AI, to improve content integrity and quality, contributing to a safer online environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review and classify content based on client guidelines using specific tools
- Stay updated on evolving client policies and industry trends in content moderation
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating as needed
- Develop strategies to test large language models for responsible AI
- Analyze AI model responses for appropriateness and adherence to guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to understand responsible AI challenges
