Based in Singapore, this role is for a Vice President within the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre, focusing on supporting Trade Finance Operations. The position involves leading a small team to ensure effective implementation of technology changes by reviewing requirements, managing testing, and providing training and documentation. This individual will assess operational impacts, define high-risk and high-value areas, and provide post-implementation support to operations users.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead a team supporting technology changes for business and operations
- Analyze requirements and provide feedback on proposed solutions
- Review functional specifications to meet business needs
- Assess operational impact and ensure requirements are included
- Prepare UAT scenarios and prioritize test case design
- Conduct training and prepare operating model documents
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 12 years in financial institutions, preferably in Cash Management or Payments
- Strong understanding of SWIFT standards, ISO 20022, and cross-border payments
- Experience in operations and project management (Cash Management/Trade Finance)
- Solid experience in testing or test management, including UAT planning
- Proficient in TOSCA or similar enterprise testing tools
