Based in Singapore, this role focuses on overseeing pipe planning, laying, and maintenance operations across the Common Duct Network. You will collaborate closely with external contractors, statutory agencies, and authorities to manage project schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, the position involves troubleshooting infrastructure obstacles, reviewing technical drawings, and responding to after-hours service faults when critical issues emerge.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee pipe planning, installation, and upkeep operations for network infrastructure
- Collaborate with contractors and regulatory authorities to manage site projects and approvals
- Verify completed work, review documentation, and audit contractor claims
- Inspect construction plans and field conditions to resolve technical clashes
- Provide on-site support and recommend alternative infrastructure solutions
- Remain available for after-hours activations to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma or ITE certification in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Basic proficiency in reviewing civil plans and AutoCAD drawings
- Competent with standard office applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous
- Willingness to handle standby duties and occasional off-hours emergency response
