Based in Singapore, this role is responsible for developing and governing an intelligent AI workforce within Operations, integrating automation with AI reasoning to significantly enhance efficiency and customer outcomes. The position focuses on ensuring AI adoption is strategic, well-governed, and value-driven across the organization. This involves designing and scaling agentic AI models and deploying co-pilot bots to support operational workflows and transformation initiatives.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Build and scale an agentic AI operating model combining RPA with AI for operational tasks.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify priority operational areas for AI agent application.
- Lead the design and rollout of co-pilot bots to support Operations workflows.
- Drive the development of scalable AI use cases for operational transformation.
- Define and maintain the Operations AI rulebook, including decision boundaries and human oversight.
- Establish the AI quality assurance framework for Operations, covering accuracy and bias monitoring.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum degree or diploma with relevant experience.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in AI and operations management.
- Proven experience supporting and leading AI use cases and projects.
- Strong communication and influencing skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical, commercially astute, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self-driven, capable of working independently.
