Based in Malaysia, this role will deliver commercial legal support for enterprise technology, cloud, cybersecurity, and strategic partnership agreements. You will collaborate closely with regional legal teams and cross-functional business partners to review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts. The position ensures sound risk management and adherence to internal corporate governance while facilitating business growth across international markets.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts including vendor, partner, and technology agreements
- Deliver commercially balanced legal guidance to business units covering cloud, security, and enterprise connectivity
- Evaluate legal, contractual, and commercial risks across regional business transactions
- Uphold corporate contract policies, internal governance guidelines, and contract repository management
- Collaborate with regional legal counterparts, particularly in Singapore, to harmonize legal standards
- Enhance organizational legal templates, operational processes, and risk mitigation practices
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law admitted to practice in Malaysia, Singapore, the UK, or Australia
- At least 4 years of in-house legal post-qualification experience managing commercial agreements
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience within a reputable commercial law firm
- Background drafting and negotiating tech, cloud, telecommunications, or cybersecurity contracts
- Demonstrated expertise handling international cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional stakeholders
- Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation capabilities
