Based in Singapore, this role involves maintaining and troubleshooting Voice Access network systems to uphold optimal operational stability. The engineer will handle fault diagnosis, network upgrades, and hardware maintenance alongside cross-functional technical teams. The position requires managing continuous operational requests and participating in on-call standby duties for urgent incidents.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain Voice Access network infrastructure to meet service level agreements
- Conduct fault diagnosis, problem resolution, and assist with network upgrade projects
- Partner with transmission and cross-functional teams to resolve technical disruptions
- Handle round-the-clock operational requests and administer telecom and IT hardware
- Join standby and on-call rotations to tackle after-hours critical incidents
- Keep operational records accurate and adhere strictly to procedural guidelines
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Nitec qualification in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Hands-on operational understanding of Linux environments and system administration
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated capability to function well independently and in team settings
- Solid verbal and written communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
